Our Miami River Yard

Our Miami River Yard is a full-service cargo staging and equipment mobilization facility. The property sits on the Southern side of the widest portion of the Miami River. The Port of Miami (Dodge Island) is just one mile East and Freeport, Bahamas is only 80-mile away. 

Of the few properties designated as “Working Waterfront” in the heart of Miami (Brickell), the facility is ideally located for marine industrial projects. Cargo receiving/loading, asset fleeting and equipment staging are all easily accommodated. The yard is also invaluable for large scale environmental clean-up and disaster relief efforts in the US and Caribbean.

Located on the federally designated M-95 Marine Highway, our Miami River yard serves as a “micro port” to improve local commerce and relieve traffic congestion.

Miami River Yard Short and Long-Term Leasing Options Available

Arrangements for usage of our facility are done in various ways. Single use, per week, and per month arrangements are welcome.  Long term leases (6 months or more) for partial or full footprint are also possible (contingent intended use).  No matter the case, we welcome all inquiries and hope we can assist your project.
